Reusability Report: Evaluating the performance of a meta-learning foundation model on predicting the antibacterial activity of natural products

This Reusability Report tests the ability of a foundation model, ActFound, to predict the antibacterial activity of plant natural products. We found that although all models performed poorly on this task, ActFound performed better than similar models.
